Anthony Middleton - Director of Performance and Planning

Anthony Middleton

Anthony has a finance, contracting and performance background – honed across a 30-year career in the Warrington and Manchester health systems.

Latterly, he moved into operational management, including directing day-to-day operations at a number of Manchester’s biggest hospitals – before joining Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, initially as Director of Operations.

Anthony was subsequently appointed Chief Operating Officer at Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in June 2018.
