Alison Lee

Alison is an experienced NHS Executive with nearly 30 years of working in healthcare and a strong bias for working with primary and community services.

She has experience of working in performance improvement, strategic planning, leading across organisational boundaries and developing multi-organisational teams.

Alison is passionate about working with frontline staff and the people and communities we serve, and is at her happiest when spending time in the services provided by our NHS, social care and voluntary sector colleagues.

Alison has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Relations & Human Resources Management from University of Kent at Canterbury.
