Mental Health Service Survey April 2017 image

In October 2016, Wirral CCG commissioned a survey to help understand mental health service users views of mental healthcare in Wirral.

We invited those who currently have a mental health condition; have experienced mental health care in the past two years, and those that are close to someone with a mental health condition to take part in the survey.

The purpose was to obtain feedback on the key issues that matter to people with a mental health illness and to help improve mental healthcare in Wirral.

We asked key stakeholders including local providers, community groups and charity organisations to help promote the survey through their own internal communication channels.

The results of the survey have now been analysed and a report has been produced highlighting the key findings.
